Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [mention other relevant languages, if applicable].
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Smartphones are required for communication purposes.
