Core Responsibilities:

  • Use data analysis and customer research to understand what drives behaviour of customer segments
  • Experiment with ways to drive customer growth and increase adoption (such as product changes, onboarding programs, upsell/cross-sell campaigns)
  • Measure the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with analysts, customer operations and engineers to execute experiments/ initiatives.
  • Plan and manage projects to scale successful strategies

Requirements:

  1. An MBA or a degree in engineering, business, or a related field. IIT/IIM preferred
  2. 3 – 7 years in – business consulting, customer success, growth, product management, product marketing – with a track record of getting things done
  3. Structured thinking and communication
  4. History of successful collaboration with different functions
  5. Basic coding knowledge and experience working with databases, analytics tools, CRMs. Bonus for SQL/ Amplitude/ Mo engage/ Web engage/ Google Analytics experience.
  6. Experience using data to drive decision-making
  7. Self-starter who can work independently, and bring pace and energy
  8. Excellent storytelling skills.
