-Complying the right mix of PMS
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities)
- Stakeholder Management
–Corresponding with internal & external senior stakeholders effectively
-Meeting to the timelines via flawless communication
- Conflict/ Grievances Management
-Effective Redressal of the conflict/ Grievances
-Apt actions for the Prevention of Conflict/ Grievances
- Policy & SOPs
-Formulation/ Amendments of the Policies and SOPs
-Compliances of the Policies and SOPs
- Basics of the attendance & Payroll
-Ensuring salary/ payroll on time
-Attendance/ Timesheet Management
-Zero errors in payroll/ taxation
- HR Audits
-Ensuring 100% clear compliance with all HR functions via HR Audits
- Job Specifications:
- Must be from IT, BPO, KPO industries only.
- Should be excellent at people management.
- Must have experienced in handling the senior internal & external officials with maturity.
- Must be ready to travel anywhere within India as per the business needs.
- Should carry the target oriented and go getter attitude.
- Excellent communication & writing skills and business etiquette
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- IT educational background will be advantageous.
