Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [mention other relevant languages, if applicable].
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Smartphones are required for communication purposes.
